CLUBS POLICY ON TOURNAMENTS, TRAVEL AND FEES
EFFECTIVE 2022-23 SEASON.
Contact Admin to REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT (must have checked player availability first) also include what division or level of play to enter.
- ENTRY FEE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ADMIN 1 WEEK AFTER BEING ACCEPTED BY THE TOURNAMENT.
- FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN THE TEAM BEING WITHDRAWN FOR
NON-PAYMENT AS REQUIRED BY THE CLUB.
The AGC MUST use Club designated Spreadsheet to set the Per Player Fee.
Once the PER PLAYER FEE has been set, it must be approved by Kim and Admin prior to informing the Parents of the set Per Player Fee.
The Coach MUST be PAID their Per Diem BY WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR ANY TOURNAMENT OR EVENT.
CLUBS SFFA POLICY ON SHOWCASES & GAME DAY TRAVEL AND FEES
In the MLS NEXT & SUNSHINE CONFERENCE all Teams will travel as a group (unless Coach states otherwise). If the Team PPF is not paid to the AGC before leaving for the trip, then the player will not be allowed to travel. Teams will travel together in Buses, or by Airlines. Players will stay in rooms 3 players to a room. They will eat together as a team. From/ the hotel Teams will travel as a GROUP to the games. Players must wear their designated travel apparel when traveling. (Training Jacket, Polo Shirt, and training pants.
