Parent/Player Code of Conduct
South Florida Football Academy “PARENT/PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT”
SFFA has extremely high standards for everyone in the club, whether they are on or off the field. As a youth soccer club, we recognize that everyone from the director, to the coaches, board members, players and parents all represent SFFA and its mission, vision, and values.
All SFFA parents must read, sign, and abide by the required expectations throughout the season. The form is signed during the registration process, however a copy of the SFFA Parent Code of Conduct can also be found below for reference. Each family must have a Code of Conduct signed and a copy is kept on file at the Club’s office.

South Florida Football Academy has a Zero Tolerance Policy when it comes to behavior. All members of our club must read, and abide by the required expectations throughout the season. Failure to conduct yourself appropriately could result in suspension or expulsion from the club.
