Our programs ultimate role in the player’s lives is to help ALL our players to maximize their personal and athletic attributes. Success will be measured by the type of people we develop and their ability to portray the club’s core values.

Environment/Culture

• Through our club Methodology, our goal is to create an environment of positive accountability and competition. All players will understand their role and will be held accountable to the teams’ objectives.
• Due to our vision of developing professional people and players, ALL team members will be held to a professional standard.

What are Core Values?

• Core Values are considered principles in which to create a foundation on the way we operate, perform and conduct ourselves within the organization. These values will underlie the way all members interact with each other and how we all take action to accomplish our goals and club objectives.

Respect:

• Always leading by example throughout every activity by properly working hard and looking to push yourself to accomplish the goal.
• Leading the group to perform optimally during tough moments in the game by trying to accomplish key objectives.
• Leading by looking to coming early or staying later to do extra work on improving their game ability.

Growth Mindset:

• The foundation of our club will be set on this core value. The ability to for all members to see every opportunity with a learning mindset.
• Having a learning mindset will ensure, that we continue striving for more when we feel success. Understanding that our ultimate goal is to maximize our potential individually and as a team.
• Having a learning mindset will ensure, that we do not let loses, injuries, tough moments derail us, due to seeing these as challenges to improve.

Professionalism & Honesty:

• Be honest to yourself on the way you train and perform during training/games. Never try to look for ways to cheat or get yourself out of it.
• Being honest towards your work ethic when looking to do your yearly goals.
• Being honest to your commitment level towards training and to the club. Attend all training sessions and games as part of your commitment to the rest of the players, team and club.

Positive Competition:

• All players will be encouraged to compete at all times. We believe having a competitive mindset is one of the top attributes a person and players must possess.
• The environment must be positive to grow enjoyment and passion. All players/coaches will be held accountable for their ability to combine competition with positivity.
• When both of these are connected, the environment will thrive due to the hunger for success of the individuals.

Creativity:

• All players will be taught and asked to execute the club style of play and its components, while also understanding that the key to learning is to provide the players an opportunity to explore their imagination.
• Players will not be “judge” for trying to be creative even if it results on losing the ball. Players are encouraged to be brave with the ball and we will guide them to a better decision while providing them the freedom to grow their own ideas.
• Creating this environment will help us develop more intelligent players.
